First Post, First Review

1) For the first of my 42 items, I decided to listen to one of the weekly podcasts published at Escape Pod. One of the recent items caught my eye: Christmas Wedding, written by Vylar Kaftan and read by Mur Lafferty. This short story, originally published in Warrior Wisewoman, was a sweet love story set in a time just after the disastrous eruption of the Yellowstone supervolcano.
